A newspaper shipment driver told Averys lawyer Kathleen Zellner that he experienced Averys nephew, Bobby Dassey and another man “suspiciously pushing a dark blue RAV4 down Avery Road towards the junkyard,” according to a brand-new court filing.

Bobby Dassey was the prosecutions main witness against his uncle throughout the initial trial and said he saw Halbachs vehicle on the family home at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2005.
